However, Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, which regulates the rights of the personal data owner, except for the right to demand compensation for the damage, does not apply in cases where personal data processing is necessary for the prevention of crime or criminal investigation or the processing of personal data made public by the person concerned. <\/p>\n

Your application should include your name, surname and wet signature if the application is in writing; your Turkish ID number if you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey; your nationality, passport number or ID number, if any, if you are a foreigner; your residential or workplace address for notification; your e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any; and the subject of your request. In addition, relevant information and documents should be attached to your application.
For written applications, the date on which the document is notified to our Company, and for applications made by other methods, the date on which the application is received by our Company is taken as the date of application. Your applications to our Company will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
