WHAT IS FANFOLD CARTON?
It is a continuous sheet of corrugated cardboard folded in an acardion shape. Fanfold carton made of corrugated cardboard is an ideal solution for customers who have a large number of different sized products and use many different models of boxes.
PRODUCTS
Box Types
Produced in special sizes and dimensions according to customer demand. It is the most commonly used form of corrugated cardboard sheets.
Corrugated Cardboard Sheets
Produced in the form of plate boards in the requested dimensions. It is widely used as a separator, pallet bottom or top protector.
Offset Printed Box
Obtained by coating with coated paper printed with offset printed technique. It is mainly preferred in sectors such as food and automotive.
Cardboard Edge Protector
They are gusset-shaped products made of cardboard placed in the corners to protect the boxes from the outside.
PRODUCTION
Fanfold Carton Production
90% of the production capacity is made of fanfold carton. Monthly fanfold carton production capacity is targeted as 3000 tons with full efficiency.
Offset and Shape Cutting
Production Capacity, Flat die cutting machine, offset printed machine and folding-gluing machine with full capacity in one shift is 250 tons capacity.
Garment
Production capacity, 3 printing machines in one shift with full efficiency is 450 tons capacity.
General Capacity
Considering that it is a facility with a monthly full efficiency of 3500-4000 tons, 82% of the production capacity is fanfold carton and 18% is box and offset.
