Corrugated Cardboard
Corrugated cardboard is a lightweight, durable, and recyclable packaging material consisting of a corrugated inner layer (flute) bonded to flat outer surfaces. It serves as the primary packaging material for a wide range of industries, from shipping boxes and industrial packaging to furniture protection and automotive parts logistics.
At Haskutu, we produce corrugated cardboard 24/7 at our factory in Sincan, Ankara. We offer direct delivery from the factory in widths ranging from 700 mm to 2,500 mm, with B, C, H, BC, EB, and HE corrugation profiles.
Corrugated cardboard is a lightweight and durable packaging material consisting of a corrugated inner layer combined with flat outer surfaces. The most common form used in industrial applications is Z-flute corrugated cardboard (Fanfold Carton / Endless Sheet): an accordion-folded format that is continuously produced and can be cut to the desired size on-site. Haskutu is the leading company in Turkey producing this product.
PRODUCTION
During the manufacturing process, raw paper is shaped into a corrugated (fluted/corrugated) form using high temperatures and steam.
This corrugated layer is bonded by pressing it between sheets of flat paper glued to both sides using starch.
The resulting corrugated structure provides significantly higher resistance to pressure and impact compared to flat paper of the same thickness.
Wave profile — the corrugation height, identified by codes such as B, C, H, E, BC, EB, and HE — determines the product’s thickness, durability rating, and intended application.
Choosing the right profile directly affects shipping damage, warehouse space utilization, and packaging costs.
Which wave profile should I choose for which product?
- BC Corrugated: Heavy loads, typically tall, vertical boxes, furniture, and metal profiles—maximum strength thanks to its double-wall construction.
- C-Wave: Light loads in vertical applications — the most common choice for general-purpose use.
- B-Wave: Horizontal boxes — the dense structure of the grooves provides strong edge protection.
- H Wave: Highest yardage efficiency at 650 meters per pallet — ideal for lightweight products.
- EB Wave: Medium-weight products, robust edge construction.
- HE Wave: A balanced choice for light to medium loads in the e-commerce and shipping sectors.

Looking for Corrugated Cardboard? Discover Z Cardboard
Z-Folded Cardboard (Endless Sheet / Fanfold Cardboard) solves this problem once and for all.
Z-Folded Cardboard is produced by folding corrugated cardboard into a Z-shape during manufacturing, rather than cutting it to size, resulting in long rolls in an accordion-like form. Known as “Fanfold Carton” in Europe and the United States, this product is also referred to as “Sonsuz Levha” in Turkey. Our company, which played a pioneering role in the production of this product in Turkey, named it Z-Folded Cardboard.
You can cut it to the size you need on-site. With a single stock item, you can accommodate dozens of different product sizes.

QUALITY UNDERSTANDING
At our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001-certified production facility, every batch of raw materials and finished products undergoes the following tests.
Grammage Test
The mass of 1 m² of paper in grams (g/m²)
COBB Test
The amount of water absorbed by 1 m² of paper over a specific period of time — an indicator of moisture resistance
ECT — Edge Crush Resistance
Resistance to crushing under pressure parallel to the flanges — stacking strength (kN/m)
FCT — Surface Crush Strength
Groove flexibility and impact absorption capacity under normal pressure (kPa)
Humidity Test
Moisture content of the paper (%) — an indicator of durability under storage and shipping conditions
These tests provide concrete evidence that Haskutu meets supplier audit requirements in B2B procurement processes. You can submit your technical specification requests during the bidding phase.

Corrugated Cardboard (Z-Fold Cardboard) FAQs
What is the difference between corrugated cardboard and Z-flute cardboard?
Corrugated cardboard is a general term for a material; it can be produced in sheet, box, or roll form. Z-Cardboard, on the other hand, is a specialized form of corrugated cardboard produced by folding it into a Z-shape during manufacturing—without cutting it to size—to create long lengths in an accordion-like configuration. It allows you to package products of various sizes using a single stock item.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity for Z-flute corrugated board is 2,000 m². This may vary depending on the corrugation profile and order configuration. Please use the contact form for specific details.
What types of wave profiles do you manufacture?
We manufacture B, C, H, BC, EB, and HE wave profiles. Each profile has different linear measurements per pallet, applications, and strength properties; we will work with you to determine the most suitable profile for your products.
Can you produce printed Z-fold cardboard?
Yes. With our flexographic printing option, we offer printing in up to two colors. For orders requiring printing, the delivery time may be slightly longer than for unprinted production; our sales team will clearly specify the delivery time during the ordering process.
How long does production take?
What are ECT and FCT tests, and do your products meet these standards?
The ECT (Edge Crush Test) is a testing method that evaluates the edge load-bearing capacity of corrugated cardboard, while the FCT (Flat Crush Test) assesses its surface crush resistance. Our ISO-certified production and the quality tests conducted in our in-house laboratory meet these standards. Please specify your technical specifications during the quotation phase.
Do you deliver throughout Turkey?
Yes. We deliver to all provinces in Turkey from our factory in Sincan, Ankara, via our logistics network.
