Custom Cut Boxes

Custom cut self-locking boxes are often used for shipping small items. These boxes are both sturdy and quick and easy to assemble, which are the main reasons why they are used for cargo.

INFORMATION

They are boxes that are produced with molds, have additions and bottom gluing done, and are shipped flat. They are usually produced with single wave cardboards. They are used as consumer packaging. Before use, the bottoms are automatically installed by pushing the diagonal corners of the box towards the middle. They do not require additional material for closing. They are an indispensable type of offset printed boxes.

Can you print on your boxes?

Yes, we offer various printing options for our boxes. We have flexographic, lithographic capabilities.

Flexographic, or ‘Flexo’ printing as it is commonly known, is a high-volume printing process used at Has Kutu when printing corrugated boxes.

This is a bit like ‘potato printing’. A printing stereo takes ink from a cylinder and then applies it to the printing surface (the box).

A flexible printing stereo is wound around a rotating cylinder for each color. Graphics and text are raised from the surface of the plate and only the raised areas of the plate are inked.

All of our boxes are 100% recyclable.

While some paperboard grades/materials are made from 100% recycled materials, the average recycled content of the majority is between 70% and 90%.

Delivery costs are included in our offers unless otherwise stated.

With our own fleet of vehicles, we can deliver your order to your address at no additional cost.

We usually produce a sample for testing and approval before going into full production.

This is just a simple example, unfortunately we cannot provide a printed example

Measuring a box usually involves determining its length, width and height.

These measurements are often referred to as the dimensions of the box. These dimensions are always included.

To ensure that the available space inside the box is exactly what is needed, we apply tolerances, taking into account the material thickness.

If you are not sure how to measure a box correctly, we are always happy to help you.

Single or double corrugated cardboard boxes provide extra thickness and protection for items during transportation. Because multiple layers of cardboard are glued together, these boxes offer superior resistance to mishandling or piling other packages on top of them.
