Full Cover Boxes

The most commonly used box type. It has a top and bottom cover. The covers are the entire width and meet in the middle.

INFORMATION

All lids of a american box are the same size. The outer lids meet in the middle of the box.

The distance between the inner lids varies depending on the box length – width center. They are the packaging of many products. If the product is desired to be better protected at the bases, a piece suitable for the size is placed in the space between the box lids. This method is used to eliminate the step difference that occurs at the box base, especially in boxes produced from more than one wave and where many products are packaged. These are boxes with bottom and top lids. The lids are half the width and meet in the middle to form a box.

It is a widely used box type. If better protection is desired at the bases according to the variety of products, a piece suitable for the size is placed in the space between the box lids, eliminating the step difference that may occur at the box base, especially in packages produced from more than one wave.

Flexographic, or ‘Flexo’ printing as it is commonly known, is a high-volume printing process used at Has Kutu when printing corrugated boxes.

This is a bit like ‘potato printing’. A printing stereo takes ink from a cylinder and then applies it to the printing surface (the box).

A flexible printing stereo is wound around a rotating cylinder for each color. Graphics and text are raised from the surface of the plate and only the raised areas of the plate are inked.

All of our boxes are 100% recyclable.

While some paperboard grades/materials are made from 100% recycled materials, the average recycled content of the majority is between 70% and 90%.

Measuring a box usually involves determining its length, width and height.

These measurements are often referred to as the dimensions of the box. These dimensions are always included.

To ensure that the available space inside the box is exactly what is needed, we apply tolerances, taking into account the material thickness.

If you are not sure how to measure a box correctly, we are always happy to help you.

Single or double corrugated cardboard boxes provide extra thickness and protection for items during transportation. Because multiple layers of cardboard are glued together, these boxes offer superior resistance to mishandling or piling other packages on top of them.
