Can you print on your boxes?
Yes, we offer various printing options for our boxes. We have flexographic, lithographic capabilities.
Flexographic printing is the most widespread and cost-effective method and can be printed on a wide range of materials, including corrugated cardboard.
This allows us to offer our customers high quality, custom printed boxes that meet their specific branding and packaging needs.
What is the biggest box you can produce?
We have machines that can produce a wide range of sizes. The answer will depend on various factors such as style, material grade, etc.
Please contact us and we will discuss your needs in more detail.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We are a manufacturer supplying high volume users of corrugated packaging. We usually supply companies that use at least 15 pallets of corrugated packaging per month. Having said that, we will run low volume orders as part of higher overall utilization.
Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your needs in more detail.
What is flexo printing?
Flexographic, or ‘Flexo’ printing as it is commonly known, is a high-volume printing process used at Has Kutu when printing corrugated boxes.
This is a bit like ‘potato printing’. A printing stereo takes ink from a cylinder and then applies it to the printing surface (the box).
A flexible printing stereo is wound around a rotating cylinder for each color. Graphics and text are raised from the surface of the plate and only the raised areas of the plate are inked.
Are your boxes recyclable?
All of our boxes are 100% recyclable.
Is your corrugated cardboard recycled?
While some paperboard grades/materials are made from 100% recycled materials, the average recycled content of the majority is between 70% and 90%.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery costs are included in our offers unless otherwise stated.
With our own fleet of vehicles, we can deliver your order to your address at no additional cost.
Do you provide samples/prototypes?
We usually produce a sample for testing and approval before going into full production.
This is just a simple example, unfortunately we cannot provide a printed example
How to measure a box?
Measuring a box usually involves determining its length, width and height.
These measurements are often referred to as the dimensions of the box. These dimensions are always included.
To ensure that the available space inside the box is exactly what is needed, we apply tolerances, taking into account the material thickness.
If you are not sure how to measure a box correctly, we are always happy to help you.
Which type of box is not easily crushed in shipping?
Single or double corrugated cardboard boxes provide extra thickness and protection for items during transportation. Because multiple layers of cardboard are glued together, these boxes offer superior resistance to mishandling or piling other packages on top of them.
